Software & Operator Disclaimer
Please read this disclaimer carefully before using Saarthee Fleet Manager. You must accept it during onboarding before accessing the dashboard. This document explains the separation between the software provider and transportation operators, and limits our liability for software errors, data incidents, and your business losses.
Critical notice
Saarthee Fleet Manager is fleet management software only. Saaniya Software LLC does not own vehicles, employ drivers, dispatch rides, or transport passengers. We do not provide insurance, legal advice, tax advice, or regulatory compliance guarantees. Use of this app does not create any insurance coverage for you, your passengers, or your business.
Two separate businesses — do not confuse them
| Entity | Role |
|---|---|
| Saaniya Software LLC | Develops and licenses Saarthee Fleet Manager. Software product company — not a carrier. |
| Saarthee Ride LLC | Example of a separate Wisconsin pre-arranged livery (black car) operating company. Not the same as the software. |
| You (fleet operator) | Independent business using the software. You may operate under your own LLC. You are responsible for your licenses, insurance, and passenger service. |
Saaniya Software LLC is not a transportation network company (TNC), Uber, Lyft, or Turo. We do not require or provide TNC platform insurance because we do not operate on-demand ride dispatch.
Errors, omissions, and software accuracy
The Service may contain bugs, downtime, delayed sync, incorrect calculations, or outdated information. Without limiting other disclaimers in our Terms of Service, you acknowledge that Saaniya Software LLC is not responsible for errors or omissions in:
- Quotes, pricing suggestions, competitor comparisons, or market estimates
- Sales tax calculations, invoice totals, or financial ledger / report figures
- Turo or rental calendar sync (iCal feeds depend on third-party systems)
- Route distance, duration, or address autocomplete results
- Workflow status, notifications, or messages sent to your customers
You must independently verify all amounts, tax obligations, schedules, and compliance requirements before invoicing passengers, filing taxes, or operating vehicles. Professional liability (errors & omissions) coverage for the software is maintained by Saaniya Software LLC for its own business — not for your operations or your passengers. Your use of the software does not extend that coverage to you.
Cybersecurity, data loss, and cyber liability
The Service stores and processes business and passenger data (names, contact details, addresses, trip records, payment references, documents). We use industry-standard hosting and authentication, but no system is completely secure.
Saaniya Software LLC is not responsible for losses arising from:
- Unauthorized access, hacking, ransomware, or data breach
- Loss, corruption, or unavailability of data
- Compromised provider credentials, weak passwords, or device theft
- Third-party processor outages (hosting, database, auth, maps, email, SMS)
- Your failure to maintain backups, secure devices, or appropriate cyber insurance
You are the data controller for passenger information you collect through your booking page. You should consult your insurance broker about cyber liability and data breach coverage appropriate to your livery or fleet business.
No liability for your business losses
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Saaniya Software LLC and its affiliates disclaim liability for any direct or indirect losses you suffer because of your use of — or inability to use — the Service, including but not limited to:
- Lost revenue, profits, or business opportunities
- Accidents, injuries, or property damage during transport you provide
- Regulatory fines, license suspension, or permit violations
- Tax penalties or incorrect filings based on in-app figures
- Platform suspensions (Uber, Lyft, Turo, etc.)
- Disputes with passengers, customers, or employees
- Reliance on reports, exports, or automation (including finance auto-posting)
See Terms of Service §§ 10–12 for warranty disclaimers, liability caps, and indemnification.
What this software does
- Helps you quote and schedule private chauffeur rides (guest booking link or operator-created quotes)
- Tracks expenses, ledger entries, and revenue across private rides and peer rental calendars
- Stores fleet documents and optional Google Drive uploads you choose
- Syncs rental calendar data via iCal feeds you configure
- Provides a unique customer ride-request link for your account
- Stores your payment QR codes and Zelle/Venmo details for clients to pay you
Payments — important distinction
- Your customers pay you for rides — via Zelle, Venmo, or the payment QR code you upload.Saaniya Software LLC does not process passenger payments.
- Stripe (when offered) is for your Saarthee Fleet platform subscription to Saaniya Software LLC only — not for guests to pay you for trips.
Insurance you must carry (operators)
Informational only — not insurance advice. Confirm with a licensed broker in your state.
If you transport passengers for compensation, you typically need coverage appropriate to pre-arranged private livery — for example commercial livery / black car insurance, general liability, and other policies required in Wisconsin or your operating jurisdictions. You may need an endorsement for incidental personal use of your vehicle.
You do not obtain insurance by using this app. Saaniya Software LLC does not sell or bind commercial auto, livery, or passenger liability coverage on your behalf. Operators running a separate livery LLC (such as Saarthee Ride LLC) must insure that entity independently from the software licensor.
What you are responsible for
- Licensing & permits — All chauffeur, livery, and vehicle-for-hire permits required in your state and municipality
- Insurance — Commercial livery / auto liability and any coverage required for private rides and rental hosting
- Taxes — Sales tax, income tax, and reporting. If you quote "all taxes included," you must still remit applicable tax to authorities
- Platform compliance — Adherence to Uber, Lyft, Turo, and other platform terms of service
- Client communications — Receipts, booking confirmations, and payment instructions you send to passengers or guests
- Vehicle safety — Maintenance, inspections, and roadworthiness of all fleet vehicles
- Data protection — Secure accounts, devices, and customer information you control; verify before permanently deleting records (deletes cannot be undone by Saaniya Software LLC)
Not affiliated with Turo, Uber, or Lyft
We are not endorsed by, sponsored by, or affiliated with Turo, Uber, Lyft, or any transportation network company. Rental calendar sync uses publicly available iCal export URLs; availability and accuracy depend on third-party systems.
Optional Live trip map
Live GPS sharing and guest maps are an optional add-on. When enabled, you accept that location data comes from driver devices, map tiles may be billed to your Google Cloud project (BYO key), and the feature is assistive only — not Uber/Lyft parity. Disable anytime in Settings. See in-app Live trip map disclaimers for the full list.
No professional advice
Pricing suggestions, competitor comparisons, financial reports, and insurance notes on this page are informational tools only. They do not constitute legal, tax, insurance, or business advice. Consult qualified professionals for compliance in your jurisdiction.
