What this software does

• Helps you quote and schedule private chauffeur rides
• Tracks expenses and revenue across private rides and Turo rentals
• Syncs Turo calendar data via iCal feeds you configure
• Stores payment QR codes for you to share with clients

What you are responsible for

• Licensing & permits — All chauffeur, livery, and vehicle-for-hire permits required in your state and municipality
• Insurance — Commercial auto liability and any coverage required for private rides and Turo hosting
• Taxes — Sales tax, income tax, and reporting (e.g., Wisconsin sales tax on transportation services). If you quote "all taxes included," you must still remit applicable tax to authorities
• Platform compliance — Adherence to Uber, Lyft, Turo, and other platform terms of service
• Client communications — Receipts, booking confirmations, and payment instructions you send to passengers or guests
• Vehicle safety — Maintenance, inspections, and roadworthiness of all fleet vehicles
